Noor Al-Dulaimi worked hard to arrange viewings and help me secure a place amid a very competitive market. She was always quick to follow up on emails and waited patiently for me when travel disruptions had me arrive an hour late. Very good service all around.

TrustpilotWould not recommend.
Sadly we had a very unfortunate experience with Draker Lettings (Fulham branch). We were led to believe that a leak had been fixed, however later found out that it was a lot more severe than what had been discussed. We felt that communication was poor and that Drakers didn’t reveal the reality of the situation we were getting into.

TrustpilotMore like Mo
I had the pleasure of dealing with Mo Kanso at Drakers, one of the newer letting agents in London. Mo is extremely knowledgeable, intelligent, and practical. He knows the market and knows how to put a deal together to make everyone happy. He is clever, creative, and cool as can be. I give him my highest recommendation.

I live downstairs a flat that is managed by draker. It leaked a couple times and draker did nothing excepting for dragging the whole thing. Now it has been almost 5 months. I organised plumbers to fix problems and they did nothing. It is unfair to be treated by this agent without any decency and urgency.

TrustpilotProfessional and Helpful
After interviewing 3 lettings agencies we decided to go with Draker because of their sincerity in dealing with us and their expertise in this segment of the market. They have found us a tenant that corresponds to our requirements despite a difficult rental market and we are grateful to the team for the follow up.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
