We had a great experience working with Draker as tenants looking for a new flat to rent. Sam from the Sloane Square office, in particular, was professional, friendly and helpful in assisting us to secure our rental. We are very happy in the flat. We have had bad experiences working with different rental agencies but I was very pleased with the service we received from Draker.

Great service from Kimia at Draker - she’s easy to talk to and super friendly but she also kept in regular communication as far as new properties that came up. She really took the time to get to know what I wanted in a property and didn’t force things she knew I wasn’t going to like. I can’t recommend her enough!

Very happy with the support Debbie provided. We had a break-in at our bike shed, a month had passed and our building manager had still not replaced the lock to the shed. Debbie put pressure on the building manager to do so which fixed the problem within a week!

We commissioned Draker to find us a tenant what turned out to be days before a national lockdown was reimposed. Not only did they manage to find us a good quality tenant promptly but they were on top of all the certification required and communicated with us clearly and regularly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to either landlords or tenants.

We had a great experience working with John Church to rent our house. We had to rent from overseas without visiting, due to Covid, and John helped get us answers, pictures, videos, so that we would feel comfortable. Then he went well above and beyond to help us get things set in the house before our arrival. Highly recommended.
