He has made the whole process extremely easy with his calm deminor and we couldn't have asked for a better estate agent. As a first time buyer you always hear such bad experience from other people. Ours was a complete different experience smooth and very easy to follow from providing us with solicitors to helping us right through the end and giving us a bottle of champagne and glasses when we went to pick up our keys. Honestly such a wonderful experience on top of finding the property of our dreams. Thank you so much Michael and to the Doyle sales and letting team. I will forever be happily recommending you!

Dear Sarah, thank you for taking the time to review our company, we didn't deal directly with you as a buyer but we did with your daughter and son in law, a lovely couple who saw a number of properties through ourselves. They offered on a couple of those properties, sadly the level of those offers were not to the level the owners were looking for, we have agreed the sale of those properties to buyers at much higher levels. I understand your disappointment for your daughter and her family, but unfortunately their level of offers submitted were not successful at the decision of the owners. As estate agents it is our responsibility to look after our clients, negotiate between buyers and sellers and to get our clients as much as possible for their property, fundamentally representing the seller's interests in negotiations with potential buyers, we also take their instructions as to when a property comes off the market for sale, sometimes that can be after exchange. I would love to sell a property to you daughter and her family and for someone who moved to the area over 16 years ago I can highly recommend it, for everything from the people to the schools to the transport links. GoogleI sold my property with Doyle’s and I can highly recommend their services. The agent Michael Diggins who dealt with my sale is professional, extremely knowledgeable and also a really nice man. I also met the owner Michael Doyle and he is equally professional and knowledgeable. I was having a few problems with my buyers towards the end of the deal, and Michael handled the situation so well all went through quite quickly, selling can be stressful but he makes it easier how he handles situations. ln my experience of dealing with other agents in the past with other properties they can be very pushy. The agents at Doyle’s are definitely not pushy, a breath of fresh air and I wouldn’t consider any other Estate Agents if I was to need the services again. Highly recommend this well run business.
