GoogleWe can't rate Ben highly enough. He has always been friendly, approachable and accommodating. He has shown us around numerous properties and conducted himself in a patient and professional manner. We felt that we could be honest with him and that he was honest with us and this is rare with estate agents! He has certainly made the stress of house-hunting more manageable !

GoogleA good service from the D&G Lettings gang, who got me sorted within a few weeks so I could live abroad. James and Jen did exactly what I needed of them...even helping me with some printing and recycling bags :-) All their viewings seemed to be on time, and all the documentation kerfuffle was fairly simple and done without too much inconvenience. Thanks guys.

GoogleUsed Douglas and Gordon along with another agent to sell my property. D&G were noticeably more proactive about the sale of my flat. When my first buyer fell through they were quick to tell me and start the process of finding a new buyer. Together Thomas and William at D&G worked very hard and I very much appreciate their efforts.

GoogleBEWARE OF THE SCORNED ESTATE AGENT Helpful at first. Knowledgable. Good reputation. BUT No ethics. Lazy in follow-up. Unmotivated finding properties (tracking RightMove daily is much better!) Unprofessional. So bitter loosing a deal to a competing agency in the area that Emma Hicks decided to call all the other agencies in the area and bad mouth me, a potential client. Beware!

GoogleThe trouble with the internet is that it makes lazy agents who don't try to match your house to the right applicant and likewise you as a buyer to the right property. The exception though was William Moore. He listened and tried his best to search for what we were looking for. He will go far.
