We were incredibly fortunate to have Tom Yeomanson at Douglas & Gordon support us throughout the whole sale and conveyancing process. He is hands down the best estate agent I've ever dealt with. He knows the Clapham market intuitively and was in constant contact during the sale process. We had a roller coaster ride with our buyer and Tom was the voice of reason throughout, giving brilliant guidance and generally keeping us sane. He's a credit to Douglas and Gordon and we would recommend him to anyone wanting proper support when buying/selling in SW London.

Id like to thank Terrence, Zander and the team for their effort selling my flat. We had listed the property with two agents previously but were unable to make real progress until we moved to D&G. The best part of the process for me is how Terrence managed the sale through to exchange, working with the solicitors on both sides and the buyer to keep things moving, as opposed to passing the sale through to a more junior member of staff like I have seen elsewhere…..very impressive!

Buying your first home isn't easy, especially after a grueling 6 months with two properties falling through - thanks to unreliable sellers and Estate Agents. D&G on Northcote Road have been helping our search in the area for the last month or so. Olivia Frost has been our point of contact and has been wonderful. Not entirely sure of the form or etiquette here, but if I were to sell another property in this area, I wouldn't waste the 4 months that I did this time round going to the cheaper fees, publicly traded estate agents first (no names, but rhymes with shmavilles), I would IMMEDIATELY call Xander and team. D&G where leaps and bounds ahead, and from valuation through to completion my transaction was handled with utter professionalism. Terence is the best agent in the world! We purchased a house a month ago through him and have never been so impressed in over a year of house hunting. We can’t thank Terrence enough for helping us find and bag our dream home on St John’s Hill. We searched for 6 months in a challenging market which had very little housing supply. Terrence took the time to get to know us - not only our requirements for a home, but also personally. So on a whim he took us to see a house we hadn’t seen online (in a slightly new location) and this is the house we completed on and moved into 3 weeks ago!
