East Ham branchAs first time buyers we signed up with many agents, but Hasan and Maureen at Douglas Allen were by far the most helpful, always calling us and making a real effort to find us the right house. Which they eventually did. If you're looking to buy in East Ham, register at Douglas Allen before you go anywhere else.

Through juggling which estate agent to choose, I was recommended by a friend to go for douglas allen wanstead. Being told that they are fast, friendly and thorough. I was able to make the decision with no hesitation, their staff made my mind feel at ease. They strived very hard to get the best price possible for my property .

The worst estate agents in East Ham. Don’t return your calls. Information given to you is false. The staff are only interested in their commission and keep telling their vendors this. Totally unprofessional. Avoid at all cost The fees they charged are too much and you don’t get the service you expect

Can’t fault Douglas Allen. Admittedly I didn’t end up purchasing through them but I found them, Spencer in particular, the most pro-active agents of all that I signed up with (and there were a few!). They also accommodated late and last minute viewings which really helped.With that in mind, when I come to sell, I’d use them.

After finding our dream property at Douglas Allen, we were assisted by David Tomlins, who has been extremely helpful and patient in keeping us up to date with all the formal proceedings and necessary paperwork required. He's definitely made the whole process a lot less stressful and I would recommend him to anyone else looking to buy a property at Douglas Allen.
