Once sstc they haven't contacted me since tho I've asked for some info by email.
Dear Mrs Fitzpatrick Thank you for your comments which we have looked into. Whilst your property went under offer in late February, your chain was not complete until the end of March and we were not provided with your solicitor’s details until 10th April. Consequently, there were no updates to provide you with until after this time. Your Sales Coordinator, Chelsey, informs us that she is in regular communication with you and will continue to liaise with the solicitors conducting the conveyancing process and report progress to you.Thank you again for your feedback and please be assured that we will remain focused and proactive until your sale has reached a successful conclusion.
