GoogleUnprofessional service. Doesn't reply to email. I enquired through rightmove about a flat to rent. They reply once just to show rightmove otherwise they don't reply 2nd time. Very weired service. Not trust agent. Do not rely on their sevice. Avoid this agency.

GoogleWent to do a viewing and was waiting 25 minutes for the Agent. Ended up being shown the flat by the current tenant. Tried to call the agency to put in an offer and was cut off 3 times before getting to someone, only to be told I couldn’t because I there wasn’t an agent at the viewing. Waste of time, in my opinion.

GoogleViewed a property with this angancy told them I wanted it. I wasn't sent details till nearly 8 at night filled out what thay wanted by midday next day to be told flat had been given to someone else. Just a waste of my time. Avoid at all costs.

Contacted them via telephone and after enquiring about a property, he advised I make an enquiry online, without allowing me to speak or even inform him of the nature of my call- he then hung up, whilst I was attempting to speak. Very unprofessional and arrogant. Avoid!
