GoogleI rented a flat through them for about 2.5 years. Overall the experience wasn't too bad but the way it ended was quite unpleasant so I would recommend to stay away from DPR. They made the process of leaving unnecessarily complicated. After giving notice, we offered time slots and made ourselves available for viewings to take place (which benefitted us in absolutely no way) but they still complained about the landlord not being happy about access to the property? Who is the landlord, the King??? No, they were foreign investors who don't even live in the country and all they cared about is money. When it came to cleaning, we were asked to professionally clean the flat, far beyond what was done initially when we moved in. Despite that, they still nit-picked and we had to get the company to return to do a reclean. After all that, they tried to take money out of our deposit for some chipped freezer drawers which only happened because the freezer had no frost free function which would cause them break from normal use. They initially agreed to use the DPS service to resolved the dispute but after we submitted the claim, they refused and stopped replying to our emails. So part of the deposit money is stuck with DPS until there is a court order sent. They'd rather nobody have the money than it going back to us which is incredibly petty consider the amount of profit DPR and the landlord has made from us. Thankfully we are home owners now so hopefully never have to deal with sleazy rental agents or greedy landlords again.
Also side note but if you see Ardmore working on a building you want to rent in, run for the hills and stay as far away as possible. From the first viewing to the last day we were there, Ardmore were still working in and around the building. Almost 3 years of incompetency! I literally saw entire blocks of flats built from scratch and people moved in during the time Ardmore were failing to replace the cladding in our building. And you can bet the landlord couldn't give a flying f*** if the work inconvenienced us, they tried to tell us it was for our benefit when we mentioned it during negotiations to extend our contract. Absolutely clueless, a label that fits well for all parties involved

After making an offer on a property but with some special requirements (which weren't actually very 'special', just comments on how I'd like the planned renovation to look) DPR messed me about for over 2 weeks passing incorrect information backwards and forwards to the landlord and the contractor. Responses were slow and badly communicated so we were all in a muddle. Finally at the end of 2 weeks when the communication was straightened out they informed me that the property had been let to someone else, meaning I now have only 3 weeks left before my current tenancy ends to find somewhere else. GoogleAwful letting agency!!!! Landlords, run from them! We were rented with them for 6 years, each year they would increase the rent, the landlord did not have a clue about that. After 6 years, we moved out, as it was not affordable anymore. They deducted more than £600 from our deposit, for stupid reasons!! (i.e. the wardrobe is missing, when it was literally in another room! or sofa is missing when they asked to sell it and transfer the money!!).
Obviously, I informed the landlord about all of this, and he was shocked too. Will definitely go to court to recover the deductions.

GoogleBased on my experience with them, they are very unprofessional. I was at a viewing for a property last Saturday and the agent who attended promised to send us the offer form that same evening.
I didn't receive any and I followed up with a text in the night. Then first thing on Monday morning I put a call through and she promised she will send it after the call. I even sent my email address again incase it was missed but she never got back.
It would have been better if I had been told I won't be given the property than being left unreplied to.
It was such a waste of time really.

GoogleAd on Rightmove and video of the property I was sent on my phone was totally misleading. The photos of the ad were from the time the flat was probably freshly delivered but once I arrived at the property, I was utterly disappointed. They hadn’t made an agreement with the current tenant that the flat should be aired and clean - the place was smelling awfully and it was badly maintained. Watch out before you make viewings as the ad might be misleading you. I wasted my time!

My first time ever renting was with this company, told me I just needed to call to give in my notice (which I did) to then tell me I owe 3 months rent after I had moved out. I had multiple problems with the property which they took weeks to sort out at a time, when I moved in the shower and boiler didn’t work. They were so rude when they knew I would be moving out and they took even longer to resolve the problems in the flat. Definitely stay away from this company!!!

Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, cheap & discriminative service that this agency provides.
Home owners pay them to have a part of full service. The tenants will have to deal with their own reference checks etc. as the agency is washing their hands when it comes to doing anything that they are getting paid for.
After being passed onto a referencing agency who couldn't do their job properly, (which I now believe happened in collaboration with the agent of DPR as they didn't want to give us the flat ) we've been asked to get in touch with a 3rd party agency to sort out the problem. Why would you use two 3rd parties to do your reference checks? Later on the agent made is seem like it was all our fault (that their agency couldn't reference us properly) and they ahed contacted the landlord and suggested him not to go ahead with us.
In all honesty, you guys better make a call to Trading Standards as well - I reported them already.The more of us the better.

Concierge lost flat emergency keys and agency does not do anything!!
Multiple antisocial behaviours from neighbours and DPR refused any supportbor involvement!!!
Wanted to break contract for all issues multiple times and for a relative that passed away, was refused to break contract otherwise will need to pay!

THE FLAT WAS FULL OF RUBISH ON CHECK-IN AND NEEDED TO REPEAT A PROFESSIONAL CLEANING.

GoogleWe were tenants at one of the properties they managed and although the flat was cheap because they marketed it at a low price - which was a plus for us - the management wasn't great. We had to chase them a lot to get a response to our deposit return and they were very late sending out paperwork for the renewal - in the end they didn't send it at all so we decided to move out of the flat instead. Once we'd moved out and were no longer tenants they became quite rude.
