I own/keep an eye on many properties in London. Riaan has been my agent for years. He has always given me sound advice and ensured I get decent tenants - not those that pay the highest rent as that is not my main criteria - but dependable ones that pay rent on time, and have no ccj and other ‘red flag’ history. I have never had any complaints from tenants about him. I have in fact started letting him manage my properties as I step back from day to day management. I have also recommended him to other landlords through the years. As for tenants -you should find him and his team easy to get along with - so long as you pay rent on time, abide by your rental terms and keep the property you rent in a reasonable state throughout your stay and when you leave.
