GoogleBy far the best real estate agents I had to deal with (and I have been living on my own and interacting with real estate agents for nearly 20 years now). From the flat search to the daily maintenance of the flat, they have shown great professionalism and reactivity. You can definitely tell these guys (and women) do like their jobs and will not forget you once the lease is signed/their commission cashed in. Special thank you to Anthony who has been extremely helpful/understanding and showed some outstanding problem solving skills throughout my stay at my current address. Keep up the good work guys!

GoogleAida at the Maida Vala office has been super helpful. She isvery professional, showed us 5 flats on Saturday who were really of interests and we found a flat thanks to her in one morning. It was also a pleasure to deal with Collise who has been very professional in handling all documents and process to get the flat. I had usually bad experiences with letting agencies but Aida and Collise work and professionalism have convinced me Dexter is an excellent company to deal with!

GoogleAida was the agent from Dexters who helped me and my husband find a flat, she was amazing! Called me on the same day to discuss our needs, in less than an hour I had a selection of properties to choose from, in the same afternoon we visited a gorgeous flat that met all of our needs, and now after signing the contract, we are moving into! She was a rock star and because of her I'll recommend Dexters to anyone who is searching a property in the area.

GoogleI happened to bump into Drin on Elgin Avenue, and right from the start, he was incredibly warm and welcoming. Before I even mentioned that I’d just bought a property nearby, he was already talking about how fantastic the area is and sharing his enthusiasm for the community. Once we got chatting, he gave me some really useful advice for the future of my property and offered insightful knowledge about the local market. On top of that, he recommended a few great spots to check out nearby. Drin’s genuine friendliness and expertise made a real impression, I’ll definitely be in touch with Dexters when the time comes!

GoogleWe have been living in our new apartment for nearly 5 months and Dexters has been a fantastic agent during that time. Our property manager Soraya Perez has been very friendly and helpful. She has promptly addressed all our questions and done her best to resolve them. We are very happy with our new home, apart from a rain water leak, which was not picked up from the last occupancy. :)
