I recently purchased a property through Dexter's , and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was always polite, honest, and straightforward in all their communications. They provided clear and accurate information throughout the process, which made what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable. A special mention goes to Matthew, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was the first to show us the apartment and handled all subsequent visits, sometimes even accommodating us at unconventional hours like weekends and late evenings during the week. His flexibility and dedication were greatly appreciated and made a huge difference.

A quick few words about the superb service from this agent. I have dealt with Bianca on a number of occasions and she has taken time to find out what my requirements are in a flat (rather than tell me my requirements should change to fit the property they're trying to sell me as many agents have!) She even spent time giving me general pointers of areas and things to ask other agents if I find a property advertised with another agent. A big thank you to the team. My flat was a 'difficult' sale. After a lengthy Court case, I obtained an Order for Sale. My ex was awkward throughout the process, even turned down two offers, but the team at Dexter's persevered, and with much help from, in particular, Hugh and Jonathan, the sale was finally completed last week. It was a truly testing piece of work to undertake; Dexter's were extremely sensitive to us both as it was not an amicable sale. They also helped resolve issues with the existing Freeholders and the buyers as the Freeholders had not been proactive in being responsible for the building itself. Thankfully it's all over now but I would, without a doubt, recommend Dexter's to anyone that asks. Job well done.

I've been living in a Dexter's managed property for two years now, and after some variable experiences across London before now, the team in this office have been approachable, receptive and professional in dealing with issues from problems with the drains, to helping me out when I've forgotten my keys. They really do care, they will go out of their way to help and have not let me down to date. A particular shout out to Soraya Perez and Anthony Wozniak, who have been helping me and my flatmate for a while and have been a pleasure to deal with throughout our tenancy. Couldn't have asked for any more from them.

While the letting process is standard and what you would expect from a typical London estate agent, the property management unit of Dexters is top-notch! Soraya Perez, who manages the flat I've rented, is absolutely on the ball. She's extremely responsive, very personable, considerate, and relatable. I've dealt with other property management companies in the past (all nightmares), and Soraya is the exact opposite. I know whatever issue, she'll work with me. She's seen me through water leaks, thefts, appliance repairs, etc - all with great professionalism yet with a warm and sensitive touch. Even the landlord is extremely pleased with the level and quality of service.

I've been renting via Dexters for the past 18 months and it's been, without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had with a lettings management company. They're unobtrusive but ALWAYS there when you need them - which, thankfully, is rarely since they're very proactive. Special thanks and praise has to go to Soraya Perez, the Property Manager who deals with the property I rent. Dexter’s have been the management agency for the flat we’ve been renting for the past two years and we’ve had a mixed relationship with them. However a couple of months ago we were assigned a new property manager and that relationship has improved immensely.
