I had an awful 4 year experience with my previous property manager where I had faced many issues. Jadasa Andjadiumi was like an angel from heaven, she helped me with all of my problems. She supported both me and the landlord equally and made sure to fulfil all our needs. She is a very hardworking person who knows how to do her job very well. She is always positive and patient with everyone. I hope that she will remain as my property manager for many years to come.

Anna was a legend! Her customer service and desire to make everything perfect is second to none. She kept me in the loop of everything each step of the way and always offered her help to make things simpler or easier even arranging a hand over of keys on the 23rd December! I just thought that I should write a quick review to thank Russell Ball of Dexters for his achievement in successfully finding a buyer for my property in Bloomsbury. After 12 months of marketing my property with two local agents without success I thought I would give Dexters a call. I'm glad I did as Russell was very proactive from the start, generating a large number of viewings and resulting in us completing on our sale within just 8 weeks. I will definitely be calling Russell if we decide to move from our new home on John Street.

Garrie was exceptional! Not only did he get me exactly the short term flat I had wished for, he really went the extra mile in terms of communication. He did my viewing virtually via video call, as I was travelling at the time and then even agreed to communicate by whatsapp because my phone line was too weak for calls. So if you're flat hunting from abroad: these guys have got you covered!

I live on the 5th floor of on a block they "maintain & manage" since the 7th November last year the one and only lift has been out of action. I've sent over 40+ emails to their block director John Brady & John Any who have given me multiple excuses on why the lift still isn't fixed. Absolutely avoid using their services at all cost. They have complete disregard for any tenant living in the buildings the manage.

I recently completed a purchase with Dexters. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service. They stayed close to the detail through the legal and documents stage. There were multiple agents involved in the sale and Dexters stood out a mile based on their common-sense, practical approach and likeable style. One of the worst agencies in London. In the past 2 years they have not fixed a single thing in the place including the oven, fan in the bathroom (both broke during a power cut) and the cover for the heating switch that dangerously exposed circuits (was broken or in the processes of being fixed when we move in). Poor communication, irresponsible, unresponsive agency. Absolutely nothing gets done after two years of polite notices, polite reminders, phone calls. Unprofessional agency. Do not recommend renting through them and possibly lending.

Overall dealing with Dexters was a good experience. From the beginning, Abbey Adigun was extremely helpful and patient in answering all the questions about the property and kept me informed throughout the process. Unfortunately when the pandemic hit he was put on furlough and this responsibility moved to my senior people, and this is for me was when it's all slightly fell apart because they were absolutely non-communicative and tricky to deal with. I understand that this was a difficult time for a lot of businesses but their level of engagement was pretty bad. In all honesty sending an email to update your customers is not rocket science. Thankfully when Abbey returned everything got back on track and I was happy to be closing on my apartment - he's awesome.
