Dominic and George turned upside down our notion of what estate agents actually do. They were totally professional from start to finish. We always felt they were on our side even though they were acting for us in our sale and for the vendor in our purchase. This only works when a high level of trust with a client has been developed, which in turn demands an excellent level of communication. We never had to chase but they never pretended that progress had been made when it hadn't. They knew when to push for action and when to hold back. They produced an attractive marketing policy which generated considerable interest and kept us fully briefed on developments. The pandemic, lockdown and a vacillating buyer complicated life for us all, but Dexters remained positive and supportive and managed to keep the process moving. Have started calling tenants about increasing their prices without landlord permissions to help fill their profit margins. Suggest vacating the property and living on the street. A shambles of a company and not sure they are worth the money if a landlord is looking to use them. Very poor reputation to give off for landlords also speaking ok their behalf.
