She co-ordinated with both landlord and tenants in a friendly & polite manner; patiently answered all our questions. After our visit, she followed up with us for next steps. GoogleWe were looking for a 2-bedroom flat to rent in zone 1 London near the tube and although Dexters couldn't match our requirements, they were responsive, professional, followed up timely and tried to offer us as many options as possible. I want to thank their team and I recommend them. GoogleOur flat has been well managed by James and his colleagues at Dexter since we rented it out in 2016. They are very professional and efficient, the transition of tenants were smooth, minor issues like shower repair were handled immediately, timely inspections ensured the flat is kept at a good condition. we are very happy with the excellent services they have provided, and highly recommended it for all the landlords.

GoogleWe've been using this office since 2016. Staff are attentive to the tenants and property needs, issues are rectified without fuss. Wonderfully we have never had a complaint from the tenants about how they are supported by Dexters when issues arise. Professional, approachable and responsive. Highly recommend!

GoogleDon't waste your time by using this horribly incompetent letting agency. After booking to see three properties with them - they emailed me 16 minutes ahead of the appointed time to tell me that none of the three were currently available. Between landlords accepting offers and tenants unable to provide keys, they had determined that the viewings couldn't occur and decided to reach out to me only when I was on the tube en route to the meeting place. I was completely floored by the degree of incompetency displayed by this letting agency. It felt like a bait and switch; the property I was most interested in was the one which had, unbeknownst to me, been taken off the market earlier. To contact me so close to the appointment time means that they either: didn't talk to the tenants early enough in advance, or they decided not to tell me until the last possible minute that they hadn't been able to reach them. Either way, the agents at this firm completely back stabbed me , wasting my Saturday. I found this out when I called them, 5 minutes before my appointment time, to make sure everything was still on. To make matters worse, the manager told me that "We had emailed you" and "We had tried to call you", in a tone that implied that somehow I was at fault for this whole fiasco. I was utterly shocked at the way this agency treated potential letters. In the future, I will be avoiding this letting agency completely.
