GoogleHighly arrogant rude and unprofessional. The agent my husband spoke to was Jimmy Dhingra. My husband had to cancel a viewing in the last hour today because of an unexpected work situation. The estate agent called him an hour before to confirm the appointment. Earlier today, we had already done two viewings with Dexters. My husband was about to call the agent to cancel when the agent called first. When my husband explained that we couldn't make it anymore, an hour before the appointment, the agent was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He claimed our reason wasn't acceptable and said we shouldn't have booked the viewing in the first place. He even suggested that my husband wouldn't have called to cancel if he hadn't called first. To top it off, the agent stated that he would be taking us off the system. This level of rudeness and lack of professionalism is astonishing, especially considering we had already spent part of our day viewing properties with Dexters. People have their own lives and unexpected situations happen all the time. We are not playing around by booking viewings. sometimes changes are unavoidable. So try to be professional in the future please.

GoogleI recently went through the process of renting a flat and tried out Dexters in Acton. I was greeted by Billy who was very welcoming and professional from the beginning. He made the process very simple and worked extremely hard to find me the perfect place. Billy communicated with me throughly during the process which made me comfortable and felt reassured I was in good hands. I would certainly recommend Dexter's to anyone, especially Billy!

He handled everything with the landlord, requested the documentation needed from me, and set everything up so the tenancy agreement could be signed promptly.
