GoogleI have been dealing with Claire at Alivin Place for the last few months now. As an agent myself I understand what needs to be done when dealing with property management and I must say I could not be more impressed with the hard work and professionalism of Claire and all the team at Alivin place. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hard working, professional management company.

GoogleI’m so, so glad I chose to work with Dexters while finding a flag in the U.K. Louie, especially, was incredibly helpful and made moving from the US to London seem almost easy. I love the flat he found for me. Richard, similarly, was able to figure out a way all of this to work swiftly and smoothly. I would absolutely let through Dexters again!

The Dexters lettings team, in particular senior manager Richard Hibbert and senior consultant Louie Lazar, are the best I have worked with. Highly professional, helpful and accommodating; experts at finding good, reliable tenants. Couldn't recommend them more highly for landlords who want a great lettings service and great tenants.

Charlotte Forster in property management is so helpful and pleasant in dealing with issues that arise, quickly resolving them without any problems. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

GoogleI’m a tentant in one of the flats that Alivin Place manages, and I appreciate how responsive they are when a problem arises or when I have a query. In the almost, 8 months i’ve been in the flat, they have been very fair and helpful. In a city like London, this can be quite rare.

GoogleAfter years of renting through another company (which was hell) I found both Richard & Jodeane from day one of meeting them highly professional, helpful, informative and incredibly efficient. Always answering my concerns and giving superb advice. I couldn't recommend the team in Covent Garden highly enough.
