Alivin Place have been managing the properties for about 5 years now and are professional and attentive to our needs. Avoid this branch I had a really bad experience letting my property. The manager Richard Hibbert, managing director Steven Hewitt and colleague Daisy Kindred were collectively unable to arrange a basic repair through the insurers after an above flat caused water damage to our property. After nearly a year of waiting and chasing them up on the matter we ended up having to sort everything out ourselves. The tenants were understandably upset. The branch offered no compensation despite 13.5% ,management fees.

Alivin Place was the property management company for my Landlady the last 4 1/2 years. I was really impressed with their service, as you can imagine, there are a lot of bad reviews about property manangement companies here in London. No matter how big or small the problem was, got contacted after I reported something within 24-36h. Special thanks to Anik, Claire, Chris, Evangiline John and Nick of whom all were always friendly and really helpfull with all big and minor problems appearing during my tenancy. Renee was the best agent I have ever met. He has always been helpful and knows the area really well. He never hesitated to accommodate my enquires and took me for viewing every time I asked. What's more, he replied emails and texts really fast which was so important for me. I was not only impressed by his professionally but also his personality. I was previously a tenant in a property under Alivin Place. When I left I forgot to cancel my rent payments and had a very difficult new tenant replacing me in my contract, causing months of delays on the return of my deposit. Needless to say this put both myself and Alivin Place in a difficult situation, through no fault of ours. Alivin Place were incredibly professional, kept me up to date with the situation and often called outside of their work hours so I wasn't worried. I have been extremely happy with their service and would recommend their service to anyone. Thanks again!

Alivin Place have managed my portfolio of Central London apartments for many years. They have consistently provided a prompt and efficient service and once renewal costs are taken into account they have proven cheaper than most Central London estate agents / lettings management companies. They will manage the preparation of your property to ensure that it is ready to let, liaise with lettings agents to source quality tenants, handle check-in and check-out at start and finish of tenancy, co-ordinate emergency/ongoing maintenance and even collect rental payments. As such they allow landlords to enjoy "hands free" ownership - vital for overseas landlords or those who do not have the time or experience to manage properties themselves. Most of my tenants have renewed their tenancies for multiple years which shows that Alivin Place must provide a good service from a tenant's point of view too. I rarely write reviews, but I can genuinely recommend Alivin Place as a professional property management service.

Renée Howe was an incredibly capable and efficient estate agent. Within a brief amount of time he showed us more than three beautiful apartments, which were all quite central to London, and secured us one in Holborn for a lower price than expected. Throughout the process my flat mate and I found three apartments that were the perfect fit for our needs: two bedrooms, a nice living area, central location and generally good atmosphere. The second apartment that we viewed with Renée especially caught our interest, as it was close to our university, spacious and friendly. We made an offer the same day, but got rejected since somebody else had made a bid on it sooner. This did not slow Renée down. Within a day he had found an even more beautiful rental apartment. This seems to be a significant property of Renée´s to raise the level of quality when it has already been achieved. Again the apartment was given to somebody else, which made my friend and me a little less hopeful that we would be able to find something this perfect again. Renée proved our doubts wrong and found two more appropriate places in a good area. He helped with all the paperwork and offers and got us the apartment at a better price than we had hope for. The amount of energy and proficiency that Renée has to offer is unmatched and I can whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a great home in this beautiful city. Now it´s less than a month until we are finally moving in and I could not be any more excited. The apartment is modern, light and welcoming, better than I dreamed of.
