A great experience! I was actually looking for another estate agents and I couldn’t find it so I walked into the battersea sales office on Saturday and was greeted by a girl called Lola I believe, she was extremely friendly and had a lovely aura I explained I had no idea how the whole process of buying a house worked as my partner was away on work and he normally does all the talking and I just view the houses, she was amazing in explaining everything and I felt no pressure at all to use Dexter’s as my agents. She gave me specifics to some houses which she thought would best suit my needs and said I could register my details whenever I felt ready. I’ve never seen anyone so happy to be at work on a Saturday. A BIG thumbs up!

Incredibly hard working they achieved a sale completion for me start to finish in just 1 month, which exceeded my tight requirements. Excellent communication throughout, they made the process very smooth. Honest and personable, they not only found a credible buyer amongst numerous offers, but also achieved above asking price. This despite an inconsistent property market. I can’t recommend / praise this team highly enough. High energy, this is a top team !

We first used Dexters in 2014 when my elderly mother was looking to downsize. Very smooth, very professional. In 2019 my mother passed and we were faced with selling her flat into a very difficult housing market. Dexters gave us unfailingly good advice but accepted our decisions when we didn't follow quite what they said. They made a beautiful brochure and web link for the flat. We've had a string of people interested in buying it and an offer but we know we're holding out for a bit more than the market wants to give. Dexters have been patient with us and always supportive. I have had another property to sell and I had no hesitation with appointing Dexters as sole agent. I think they're very good.

I've been working with Lara and she's been great from the start. It's been quite a complicated purchase and also had the stamp duty deadline coming up, and we've spoken every few days for the last couple of months. Nathan, Vertity and John are absolute superstars. Most importantly they delivered on what they promised and got our flat sold. Open transparent constant communication and they worked beautifully with our conveyancers, overall we were just so well looked after. Genuinely awful experience. They'd advertised the wrong floorplan for the flat I went to view, and after putting an offer in communication became unnecessarily pushy and aggressive, often while waiting for information from the buyer. When that purchase fell through, Dexters failed to even bother to contact me about it. Avoid wherever possible.
