The team at Dexters are amazing and I honestly have struggled to find a criticism. We have been working with Andrea for a year and he has patiently waited for out commitment without displaying any frustration as a result of the delay. Andrea went above and beyond to help us find a management program that we could afford and one that worked for our prospective tenants. Benson worked diligently to help secure tenants for our property within three days of listing and has held our hand through the due-diligence and compliance process which can be overwhelming. Benson and Andrea are a tag team that work for both the tenant and the landlord to ensure that everyone is happy and that expectations are managed, if not met. The 'worst' part of the process was that we thought we would have more time prior to renting out our property. Thank you Benson and Andrea!

Have had such a great experience with Dexters while my partner and I have been looking for a new home to rent. Dolin and Benson were fantastic helping us find our next rental property in Nunhead. We enquired about one that was taken off market, but very quickly they got us to see another place the following day. That place turned out to be perfect. After that the process moved quite quickly, and within 3 days we’d got it. After that we had a few questions about the contract, and both of them were very accommodating, helpful and patient with us.
