They’ve really gone downhill. The agent simply suggested a full deposit refund when the tenant missed a mattress, 2 chairs, a lamp, plus others. When evidences are presented she kept delaying a fair solution to me (am happy for the deposit holding official to decide what’s fair). Extremely unhelpful to say the least. Maybe I’ve missed something. Something for reference anyway if you decide to engage with them. And this is just tip of an iceberg. Really not the Dexters i knew 5 years ago
