Daniel's customer service is great

Before Daniel F joined the team I struggled a bit with Dexters (hence the 3 stars). Often things would not be done, people wouldn't log when there had been a visit to my flat so more would be booked in and there were lack of updates at times which felt frustrating. However after dealing with Daniel F it feels like things are changing for the better and if I had always dealt with Daniel I would prob give Dexters a 5 star rating. Great customer service, always keeps me informed and gets things moving which I really appreciate!

as our flat management agency, Dexters has looked after us really well, we have had a big issue with rodents in the house, and in the area, they have been tackled it fast and eficiently, we had to trust on them beacuse we were on holiday and when we came back all was done, or in the good path to be sorted, expecial thanks to Grace who was our advisor and keep up the good work. really really thankfull, big peace of mind after all. we were really worried to see what could we find in our return but i know now i can rely on Dexters and they will do the neccesary things to solve the problems.

Dexters took my unit from the moment it was handed over till it was sold. I live in the UAE and Dexters arranged the handover and put the unit for rent and managed all the rental agreements and even arranged for furnishing the unit. My property manager is Monika Piszczyk at Dexter's and she has been Ace! As a landlord , I had a number of issues in my flat that I rent out, Monika addressed each of these in turn . She kept me informed at each stage of the costs + time and was always very patient with all my questions. If you let a property you would want her to be managing it! she resolved every concern and the tenants are super happy! Thank you Monika!

Excellent service

Dexters have been excellent in the process of me moving flat. Charlotte Rule showed me some amazing properties covering exactly what aspects I was looking for. Once I found a flat I loved Charlotte was exceptional in making the signing as smooth as possible though quick responses to any questions I had and making this as seamless as possible. Daniel Faulkner is a great property manager as he was quick to get in contact with me to ensure I had all the information I needed coming up to moving day. Both Charlotte and Daniel have been highly professional and had excellent communication skills making moving flat a much less stressful experience from what I had expected. Thanks to you both! Dishonest and a complete waste of time

Phoned to enquire about 4 different properties listed on their website. All 4 have apparently "recently accepted offers" despite none of them being listed as "under offer" on Dexter's website.Megan told me the sellers asked them to keep the properties as avaialble in case their agreed upon sales fell through. As a buyer, it is a complete waste of my time looking at properties that aren't actually available and that have already been sold. How am I meant to work with an agency that displays a complete lack of regard for its clients or their time?Buying a home is usually a significant decision in the purchasers life. Being dishonest from the outset is not a good way of establishing trust and this makes it almost impossible to use Dexters for my property search. I would advise sellers to bear that in mind when making the decision about who they want representing them and the buyers they are potentially losing out on as a result.I'm am sure that Megan is an excellent agent and I hope that one day she wakes up to the unscrupulous practices Dexter's employ and recognises that these are actually detrimental to hers and her clients relationships and (as a result) her long-term interests.

Dexters took my flat in march.Despite good Communication weekly they failed to gain any offers.Their strategy seems to be , for you to keep reducing the price.I appreciate the market is tough but to get a call saying we do not want to sell this flat anymore left me flabbergasted.Clearly must look bad on their stats!They have removed my listing without any notice period at all.Such poor service from an agents that claims to be one of the best.Poor customer show from George and the team at the twickenham sales office.

More than ten of us were made redundant by this company. We previously worked for Howsy until it was acquired by Dexters, and we were fortunate and grateful that Dexters absorbed us after the acquisition. We have been working for them under Q2 HR Solutions (QQI) in the Philippines. However, at the beginning of June, Dexters decided to discontinue outsourcing work offshore, resulting in our redundancy.The issue is that Q2 HR Solutions (QQI) has not yet provided us with our final pay, which exceeds the time limit allowed by labor laws in the Philippines. Most of us have worked for the company for over four years, dedicating our time and working hard. Based on the information we have gathered, the delay is on Dexters' part, as Q2 HR Solutions is waiting for their approval to honor our tenure. We are simply requesting what we rightfully deserve as mandated by Philippine labor law.Kindly expedite Q2 HR Solutions (QQI) release of our final pay, as it has already exceeded the timeframe permitted by Philippine labor law. Despite our patience, our queries and concerns have been ignored. We believe it is time to resolve this matter promptly.

Monika Piszczyk handled the replacement of the boiler in my flat which is being rented out. From the outset, Monika was extremely professional and also had a very affable way about her which made the whole process, which could have been very stressful, manageable. Years of mould issues finally sorted

We have been renting our current property for almost 5 years and have had mould issues since the beginning of our tenancy. It was not until Monika Piszczyk took over the management of our property, did we finally get our severe mould issues sorted. Monika, with her determination and hard work, managed to get our landlord to finally agree to put in the money to install proper ventilation, get mould treatment and redecoration done. My flatmate and I had the pleasure to work with Yasmin during our property search to find our new flat. Yasmin was very meticulous in helping us find a flat and has systematically managed to find us flats that met our requirements. She was also very flexible and accommodating to our busy schedule and organised last minute viewing. Out of 5 flats we visited with Yasmin we end up offering on 3 of them.
