My flat has been managed by Dexter since 2006. For the past 20 years, my experiences with them are generally good, but I did need to look at the repair tasks carefully to make sure they are not the repeative ones.

I have worked with Donalina Gargrupe, who has been an excellent property manager. I really like the fact that she has always consulted me quickly about any problems that arise in a calm and professional manner, as well as making sure I get reasonably priced quotes for work that needs doing. I have appreciated her advice and feel she has helped me to be a good landlord. I have not always had the communication I want from property managers in the past and wish there were more like Donalina!

It all comes down to the individual agent you have as your contact, and I count myself very lucky to have Fahima as my contact. I have been with Dexters for many years and have had good experience over the years, but I find that Fahima is outstanding. My wife and I met her at the apartment and found her charming. She has also dealt very proficiently with a contractor who did a very poor job and who were uncooperative in returning to remedy the problem (and who in my opinion Dexters should never use). Eventually I gave up with them, and Fahima found a very satisfactory alternative who was new to Dexters. In my opinion she is a great advertisement for Dexters.

We have rented from Dexters. Our property viewing experience was good as Jack Beacom arranged for us to view the property twice before deciding. However, we felt a bit pressured when we learned many others were bidding for the rental and it felt like a now or never decision. After moving in we raised multiple repair issues which Talia White promptly dealt with. Talia is responsive and considerate as a property manager. Overall, we are happy with the support after moving in.

I lived in a Dexters new build (Ambrose House) for about 18 months from 2022-2023. Although there were some promised amenities that weren't delivered (gym, Tesco express, etc), a lower score wouldn't reflect the service we received from two attentive members of the team who went above and beyond.I was particularly impressed by Petros when he came on board. I found him personable, responsive and helpful. He and Suzy, another fabulous associate, are great members of the Dexters team and every interaction with them was pleasant. Suzy provided clear and consistent phone and email support and advice during our moving out period and Petros was proactive in ensuring we received our deposit once the necessary checks were done on our apartment.

Working with Kiera and the team at the Property Management department has been extremely smooth, The fast response and accurate measures taken by Kiera has helped us swiftly run alongside both Kiera and the team, The professionalism provided by Kiera is outstanding; as they say experience is key and thats what Kiera provides on every contact ! TrustpilotThank god for Natasha - can get stuff sorted
Despite many challenging situations with Dexters staff (including the out of hours helpline who were not helpful when my boiler broke during winter) and other such instances - Natasha and Saad in the Great Eastern Street branch have been the saving grace for Dexters. Since taking over, Natasha has been extremely professional, mediated resolutions that are fair between tenant and landlord and been responsive to significant issues in the flat (through no fault of anyone’s). If only Dexters had more people like Natasha.. I think tenants would enjoy their experience! Suggestion - get Natasha to lead and train all property management staff to represent tenants and landlord like she has with my situation! very impressed with Saad - he has a very good manner and etiquette in speaking to people and good customer service and strong understanding of managing issues, timelines and remediation. Again, Saad should continue to be front facing and train other colleagues.

My experience with Dexters has been pleasant. Ever S nice Jada had taken over the management responsibilities of my property, all issues were being addressed with utmost care and promptly. She is on the ground the moment we raise an issue or concern in relation to property. She has taken the effort to personally visit and inspect the issue and bring it to a resolution in no matter of time. Jadasa was a tremendous, conscientious, and thorough resource for my wife and I as we settled into our flat managed by Dexters. The property was not in an ideal condition after the prior tenants' departure and required a lot of attention to bring things up to par. Jadasa masterfully managed the process, tactfully engaging both the owners and contractors to complete the various tasks in the most time efficient manner possible. Moving is always a gut wrenching experience but Jadasa helped ease many of the difficulties we encountered along the way. We are grateful for her help and vigilance and are hopeful Dexters recognizes her contributions to the company.
