I have only praise for the agents of Earls Court Office. I have found them to be exceptionally professional and helpful. In particular, I found Kristel and Charlie very helpful when laying out the options for potential target clientele when renting out my property. They also provided a very comprehensive breakdown of the different levels of service offered by them to landlords to best suit the landlord’s needs. I was impressed by how swift they were in producing a video of the flat then advertising it. Within 24 hours, viewings had started and within 2 weeks the right tenant was accepted. I feel that a significant contributing factor to the above was Kristel’s very proactive attitude. I was then introduced to the property management team manager who has also been extremely helpful. Lisa was very friendly and offered plenty of useful advice from the point of view of a landlord. She was highly willing to help at any time and easily accessible by phone or email.

Moving from Australia to London is a big enough challenge for any young family and with a dog as well! Sofia and Charlie gave fantastic customer service and their knowledge was invaluable to us. Sofia managed to find us a property, go through the checks and get us the keys within a very short timeframe. She was happy to answer any questions that we had and she was always available. As a foreigner, it’s quite exhausting to get a home. In last year, I met Joell when we were very tired of hunting for a month. He was extreamely helpful for our contract and negotiation. We called the agency for a flat that we saw online, then Joell offered us to see additional flats - one of which we were the first ones to visit and immediately fell in love with it. Thanks to Joell's professionalism and availability, we'll be moving in next month! He answered all of our questions (and trust me, there were a lot!!) quickly and efficiently. Very happy about this high-quality service! Edit: Our day to day queries are also being managed by Lisa. She is very responsive and helpful. I was looking for a property in the Earl's Court area. An agent by the name of Jordan was extremely helpful in all that he did for me. It felt like he was genuinely interested in trying to find me the best place I could afford and never came across as though he was being pushy. And I've seen my share of pushy agents. One literally pushed me into a flat and wouldn't let me leave until i agreed to rent it. I ended up going with another agent but i would highly recommend Dexter's for their excellent service.

My experience with the Dexters team in Earls Courts branch was amazing. I was reluctant about going with agents to look for a property to rent, and as a foreigner, I was worry about it because sometimes you don't understand everything.
