Neda and Davina have given outstanding customer service from beginning to end - always perfectly friendly, going out of their way to understand our needs and position, offering timely advice throughout the process, keeping us completely up to date at all times and chasing things up and down the chain when needed. We also found that Dexters had many properties that were well suited to our needs which made them a one-stop-shop for our search. GoogleWe bought our first flat with this branch and they were brilliant. Garry helped with our purchase and was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he explained everything in simple, easy to understand terms. He made sure that it all completed at times (despite the solicitors best efforts to tty and needlessly delay everything!) Couldn’t recommend enough, he made a stressful process a lot more bearable

GoogleFrom the start to the finish the whole team at Dexters were extremely responsive and helpful in our search for a house. Rather than just sending us a weekly list of loads of properties, they called, talked through our needs in much greater detail and sent a very short list to look through. Once we viewed they led us through the next steps and recommended a mortgage broker who was superb (we also spoke to quite a few others but theirs was by fair the most comprehensive). When in the waiting period they regularly kept in touch and Tal, in the team for later in the process was a complete guru who explained everything much better than our solicitors did. Very pleased and I'd use them again.

GoogleStaff at the Streatham office were great! Very helpful while showing us round and keeping us engaged and in the loop during the initial stages of the house purchase. However, we were transferred to another office for the post offer stage and due to staff leaving etc. our house purchase was handled by over 3 member of the team. This meant we lacked a clear single person to contact during the process which unfortunately resulted in us needing to us to regularly follow-up with them on progress.

GoogleAs a first time buyer, Dexters were fantastic to keep me informed on the steps of the process (with documentation), and chasing the different involved parties. It was helpful to have them checking in, and without Dexters I'm sure the process would have taken twice the time. I'd initially sought them out having had my heart set on one apartment but this went under offer. A few months later, following a fall through, they called me as soon as it went back on the market - keeping track of clients in this way makes you feel valued and worked well for me!
