Once again Dexters have exceeded my expectations. James the lettings consultant at this branch who together with Jess organised the process of finding new tenants once the current one gave their notice made it so so easy and painless that I cannot thank them enough. The professionalism and the extent to which they went to keep me informed was much appreciated and is in keeping with the whole professionalism of Dexter's. This spared me a lot of time and trouble in dealing with the current bureaucratic process which one as a responsible landlord currently has to go through.The quality of tenants which they have found amongst the many applicants who viewed the property obviously due to Dexters reputation for professionalism has made me very happy. James in particular has made the whole process so painless and easy to deal with that I cannot praise him highly enough.He has spared me a lot of trouble with regard to filling in the required paperwork and has made it is easy as saying 123. Best move I ever made was popping into Dexters branch in Streatham Hill near to the property and through them I found the current tenants who have maintained the property in very good condition. I trust that the new ones will be equally good. As I have said before don't bother with the rest as Dexter's are the best.

I have let a property through dexters now for over 2yrs( my mother and me having done it ourselves for over 30yrs) and not once have i had cause for complaint.Wish we had used them before. Tia Blackmore-Saunders who is part of the property managment team who manage the property(I sincerley recommend you use their premium letting service-its worth its weight in gold) has always been very helpful along with the rest of her colleagues in resolving any issues and particularly in maximising the rental yield from the property and keeping voids to zero so far.
