Googlestruggled quite a bit with Dexters. For example I called to speak to a gentlemen 5 times with out being connect and with out him calling me back. He also did not respond to any Emails.
This review would be lower if it wasn't for Mariya R who I luckily was connected to after my 5th attempt at getting in contact with the officer working with us. Mariya managed to complete what we had been requesting for weeks in less than a day. Very impressed with Mariya, others in Dexter not so much.

GoogleAvoid Andy/Andrew at all costs - he made the already stressful process of buying our first home even more stressful and worrying. He told the sellers that we were having problems with our mortgage when we weren't, he told us the sellers were having doubts about us as buyers when they weren't, at one point he randomly imposed a one-week deadline on us to complete the sale which he said came from the sellers, but was actually just from him - we had to reach out to the sellers directly via solicitors to stop the sale from falling through which is how we found out everything that Andy had said was fabricated. He frequently wouldn't respond to emails when we would ask him questions but when he wanted to get an answer for something he would call/email almost to the point of harassment. Once the sale had thankfully gone through we, unsurprisingly, didn't hear a word from him and haven't since.
