Absolutely disgraceful! Worst estate agents ive ever had to deal with and I've lived in many places in London. Do not use this agency as they will try to con you out of money,leave you without access to the property,delay your moving date and add in an 11% fee if you wish to end tenancy First of several issues 1. Referencing checks took longer than anticipated so we were unable to move into our property until 2 days after we were supposed to move however we were still charged for both dates despite not having access to the property. As a result one of the girls had nowhere to stay and had to put her things in storage. 2.after our offer had been accepted by the landlady one of the agents called us back in an attempt to con us into paying more money for the property than what had been agreed. He fabricated a lie about another offer which was 300 pounds higher than ours having been made and insisted that we would be priced out if we didnt agree to pay more money. We were outraged after we had already had our offer accepted we were lied to in an attempt to make us pay more money. The estate agents were not acting in good faith and cannot be trusted to present and agree genuine offers to landlords and tenants. 3. On the moving day we werent given all the keys for the property.it was a 2 door lock and we were only given 1 key for 1 lock as such we had no access to the property.I had furniture being delivered and built and was paying for the help buy the hour. I was stranded outside the property with the removals van and all my furniture which I couldn't bring into the property. The delays and additional costs occurred as a result of the agents inability to provide the right keys to get into the building was astonishing. 4. Due to the pandemic 2 out of 3 of us living in the property have only been able to spend 1 month on the property since taking out the agreement in February and as such have moved back to family homes. Our work and financial circumstances have also changed as a result of covid 19 and the landlord has decided to sell the property. As such, we all came to an agreement with the landlord for an early termination of the contract. However, despite the fact that the landlord has confirmed that she does not want to charge us for the fees associated with early termination Dexter's are still insisting on us paying the full 11 per cent early termination fee as outlined in section 6 of the lease special clauses. All parties involved are shocked and appalled by dexters lack of professionalism and we are outraged by them being deceitful and cannot be trusted and also a complete lack of understanding in regards to the coronavirus pandemic DO NOT USE this agency unless you like being conned.

Please peop-le don't even think to call Dextars in Ealing , They are Scam, the worst ever agency that I even know, basically they let the customer destroi my house and still all my fairniture when I was paying them full management. Because of athem I had to refurbishind my house again, don't trust/ and They was asking to threir engineer to go in the house to do the same jobs over and over again just in order to get all my money from the rent and they never look after my property. be carefully. with them this ugly and horrible agency,they are desonest (dexters.) Ealing Broway.Again don;t let Them by anythin g for the house because they by Sorry I wouldent give to them any Star, bur I cannoit post my Review . they are rubish and I will never want to thinlk of this agency again.rabish and will charges you a lot and they never presrent any receicets. I was looking for a new place to live with Dexters' help several times during the 14+ years I have lived in London. Dexters' people have always been professional, helpful and patient during my search. I particularly would pull attention to Vicky and Camilla in Ealing Broadway office whose wide professional experience was obvious at our first meeting. Vicky Oats, who always knows the right questions to the clients even before the clients would know what exactly they are looking for. Focusing on the answers she received from me, Vicky has found the right flat for me within three days and everything in my request list has been ticked. Camilla, Vicky's manager, has been available every time when needed and I always could count on her help, support and professional advise. Thank you both and all your other colleagues who also have been involved in my flat search such as Billy and Loraine. I wish you all the most successful year so far for 2017.

I have dealt with numerous agencies in the past and this is by far the best service I have ever received. One girl in particular (Lucy) was fantastic, i mean she went way out of her way to accommodate me and my friends when we were looking to move. Not alone did she just arrange suitable houses that met our criteria, but she went out of her way to arrange the viewings that was outside her normal working hours just so that she could accommodate us, the service was fantastic. Within a couple viewings we had found the perfect house, and within one week we had the contract signed and all the necessary paperwork completed & ready to move. I'm speaking on behalf of myself and friends when I say that I would highly recommend working with Dexters & if you can request to work with Lucy as she was a gem to work with. I would give a 6th star if I could!!
