GoogleI wanted to share my experience with Dexters because even though I didn't end up purchasing my first property through them I wish I could of. The staff were friendly and engaging and always made me feel like I was a valued customer. I ended up building a relationship with Charlie who was personable, knew exactly what I was looking for and always made me feel at ease (which we all know some agents don't). Couldn't recommend them enough and will definitely use them when I look to sell in the future.

GoogleWe had Lucy Boynton looking after us for our sale and she was absolutely fantastic. It has not been easy, with complications until the last but she was calm and motivated throughout. We were always updated and have taken up so much of her time I don’t know how she has managed all her other clients! I have been thoroughly impressed and would definitely use Dexters again in future. GoogleWe as a family would highly rate Charlie Ince-Green from the Fulham branch of Dexter’s. What a breath of fresh air he is. He has made our search for a property in Fulham for our daughter very much easier as his communication skills are excellent. He is always at the end of the phone to help out and also excellent at keeping in contact with new properties and ideas. We feel very informed with him. He is also very knowledgeable, prompt and easy to get on with. If I was selling my house I would use him as I know he would do an excellent job and get the best and right deal.

Chris and I did discuss the two properties that you showed us yesterday and, unfortunately, neither of them are going to work. Though they were ver good choices, we've decided we prefer a two-level property and would like it to be in an area that's a little less busy (which the 2nd property was, but was just too much house for us right now). I'd also like to take a minute and commend you for your professionalism and polish. We've been meeting with a lot of estate agents recently in our search and we really appreciate that you put the extra effort into your own presentation and also that you had additional properties to show us that we hadn't found ourselves online. Other estate agents usually fail on both counts, so Chris and I were quite impressed with you. If anything else becomes available that you think we may be interested in, please feel free to reach out. We've decided that we'd very much like a 2-level mews house with a garden in the back, but if something else outside of that comes along but it's comparable, happy to have a look. Thank you again! GoogleHad a great experience at Dexters in Fulham just this week! My partner Whitney and I were looking for a new place together, having moved to London this past year and fallen in love with the city. We had the pleasure of dealing with Max, who was wonderfully professional and understood what we are after without being overbearing or ducking any questions (we've all heard the letting agent horror stories!) We gave Max a brief description of our ideal place with a budget to match, and after some browsing and quick maths he managed to find us a great selection of properties. Each viewing went smoothly as Max took us around in his four-door and we ultimately settled on a 2-bed overlooking South Park, complete with a fantastic view of smoke-burnished trees out front! Max - thank you for making the experience so stress-free! We owe you one! P.S. I noticed that Dexter's had a fully functioning air-con, such a relief! Other estate agents we've visited felt like sitting in 40 degree heat, but at Dexter's I didn't even need to take off my jacket.
