GoogleTenants beware. The clue is in the majority of their 5 star reviews, you will notice that they come from property owners. Tenants receive poor service with rude or unhelpful staff. You will be chased and chased for decisions and signing on the dotted line, but when it comes to needing anything from them or getting back money that you overpaid, they will avoid you and drag out the process to leave you out of pocket. Our check-in was unforgivably poor with a property that hadn't been cleaned and was way below our expectations. Despite this, we were fined for leaving the property in a far better state than when we moved in. The conversation was very unreasonable with Dexter's only being interested in making more money for the landlord with not an ounce of consideration for tenants. We will never be using Dexter's again and can only hope that this review deters any other tenants signing up with them.

GoogleSometimes people, due to their own success, may have forgotten the nature of their business. An estate agent job is to sell. To sell, you need to show people the product. Should this be an attractive product, then the buyer will come check out the product and buy. An agent at this branch seem to have gotten her job very wrong in that sequence. Well, if this is a "very busy" branch that it will be "difficult to find time" to send the buyer a list of potential suitable properties, then I think I will be too busy to deal with you. No buyer will make time and tell you when I can come for viewing when you don't even tell me what product you want to sell me (are we back in 2006/7 kind of hot market that buyers have to beg for viewings for random properties? Don't think so). I hope it is just an isolated case but whoever I dealt with is very unprofessional and potentially a big time waster. Best of luck with anyone who uses this branch. Be warned, you might have to deal with some big ego as well.
