Not a good experience. Withdrew from a rent offer as a prospective tenant, in writing. Managing Director of the company ignored this withdrawal and proceeded to continue to attempt to negotiate after ignoring the withdrawal request. Held onto a deposit. A bit embarrassing really to see such a regularly well reviewed agents practicing such poor administration. Absolute let down.
