GoogleDavid Astburys made finding a place as well as doing the referencing checks very easy. I had a great experience finding a place to live in London with Neah. She was kind, patient and came across as very genuine. She knew the details of the property and one could trust her and what she said. The technology they have for onboarding new tenants is seamless and easy.

Thanks my consultants Joe and Leigh, they help me to solve renting in 2 days in central London area with an ideal property, and everyone in the team is very kind and helpful. The company even offers a free utility’s transfer service to ensure there is no bills issue between previous and current tenants. Really appreciate this service to make move in so easy. Great and reliable team, strongly recommend.

We started with liaison from Monsef, who was really thoughtful, kind and interested and made us feel comfortable getting the guys in for a valuation. From there Khan looked after us fantastically, understanding our individual needs and really taking a personal approach, understanding why the property was important to us and making us know we weren't just another client. Charlotte led the viewings and within only 4 we had an offer at the price we wanted, with minimal fuss and stress, and ensured we had soon-to-be tenants who were perfect. A really wonderful, personal service.
