GoogleGreat service, advice and help from start to finish. We were sellers based as expats overseas and Dillen and the whole team organised everything from DIY and decoration prep to market. A quick sale and helped with negotiations with a buyer who turned out to be very difficult to deal with. Gold star plus for Gaelle, Simone, George and of course Dillen from David Astburys Islington.

Highly recommend if you want to sell your property in Crouch End. Didn’t have a very good experience with a different agent and wish I’d come to David Astbury’s first. I got a call after every viewing and was kept up to date weekly after offer was accepted. Matthew and Carmen made a stressful time feel a lot smoother… Many thanks to them both.

GoogleJust recently found and accepted a flat with Charlotte with was incredible throughout the entire process. She was well knowledgeable about the area, constantly available to answer questions, and providing videos/pictures and any information that we needed. She dealt well with the time difference and worked well with my Flatmate and I who are international students. We felt understood throughout the process and continue to have access to Charlotte for questions and recommendations. 10/10

Terry was engaging, attentive and present throughout the tenancy checks and replying promptly to all our queries. My husband and I did end up choosing another place than the one we did initially put an offer for, but if we are ready to choose another rental property in our area, I will definitely be contacting Terry to help us with starting it again.
