I had the pleasure of Selda being our property manager. When I first moved into my place, I found quite a few issues with regard to the existing furniture. Selda acted promptly and immediately communicated with the landlord, and was able to arrange for replacements arriving within the same day. Having a great time with David Astbury's thus far!

They gave me invaluable insight on the market value of the property I was looking at and were very knowledgeable on the neighborhood and the property market overall. They helped me make a strategic decision on how to move forward, which turned out to be the right decision!I have always had a positive experience and interaction with all the staff at David Astburys. The Managing Director George is courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with.It is challenging to find an agent that truly puts their clients best interests first, but I feel that the staff at David Astburys really do, and are always helpful and willing to take that extra step to problem solve. Most of the agents I approached made me feel like just another client on the books, but DA really do provide a personal service, I wouldn’t have any other agent manage my property.Update: Sarah Ramsey in the property management team has been working through some repairs required at my property and has been amazing at keeping me fully informed throughout the process of getting multiple quotes, explaining all the issues and also ensuring my tenant was happy and also informed throughout. 5 star customer service.

GoogleI was able to find a home effectively even before entering London thanks to David Astbury's Ben. Ben helped me to communicate smoothly with the landlord, so that I could proceed with the contract first. With Ben's kind guidance, I was able to proceed comfortably even though it was my first time looking for a house in London.
