Hi Iyad, I am very sorry you are not satisfied but as you were made aware from the outset Compton Reeback do not manage the property and were just the introducing agent, therefore we were very much restricted with the help that we could offer. We did try to help you throughout the initial stages of your move to resolve all of these issues with the landlord, but as you must appreciate we had no authority and certainly very little influence with the landlord.

I had heard about nightmare stories about shady letting agents in London. But with Glen, I didn't find that to be the case... AT ALL!
