GoogleAfter a long process of searching we found a house and completed recently through Clements Habba and can highly recommend them. They are unusually personable, informative and open in guiding the purchaser. They understood our interests and encouraged our application even though it was late in the day in a very short marketing window. Their guidance as it went to closed bids was very helpful. We submitted a bid to the full extent of our budget but it was probably the covering letter which we were encouraged to submit that made the difference. Thank you guys

GoogleWe employed Martin Clements to sell our house as he had been an agent in our home area for many years and thus had an excellent local knowledge and many useful contacts. As we had not bought or sold a property for many years Martin very efficiently produced a well presented brief laying out his recommended sale strategy which included pricing, a list of the property information we will need to produce and an example property information form. Throughout the sale period Martin communicated with us on an an almost daily basis. We experianced a few challanges which, with Martins expert advice, we were able to overcome and the whole sale process turned out to have been quicker and a lot easier than I expected. Would I recommend Clements Habba? Yes, very much so, a 5* service from a very professional Martin.
