GoogleWe recently purchased a flat and Clements Habba were consistent and extremely helpful throughout. Martin went above and beyond and had our interests in mind to ensure the transaction went smoothly in accordance with agreed timeframes and kept all parties working to a common goal. Having experienced other agents in a 2 year period, this was a polar experience. Would highly recommend.

GoogleSimon is an angel among us: Exceptional from start to finish, an absolutely wonderful soul who, as a local, knows and loves the bones of Chiswick which is so advantageous for buyers and sellers. Believe me, so many local estate agents don’t know the area as intimately! This matters. Simon’s been so dedicated, hands-on, and totally, tirelessly on-the-ball while, at the same time, conscientiously buffering and protecting my family from the inevitable stresses that come with selling the family home. That’s not an easy thing to pull off. The only downside is that Simon is so amazing, you do expect the same in other agents. My onward purchase experience hasn’t been nearly as wonderful. It’s fine, but once you buy or sell a property with Simon at the helm, you definitely get spoiled! He’s The Best! Nonpareil!

GoogleI first had the pleasure of dealing with Martin in 2009 where he demonstrated an unbelievable commitment to getting my house sold in Brackenbury village. He went above and beyond then and I was confident if anyone could sell my house in 2025's difficult climate it would be him. Sure enough he got the job done and was a pleasure to deal with throughout. He was proactive, polite and persistent. Martin has an exhaustive knowledge of his patch. I cannot recommend him and his firm, Clements Habba, enough.

GoogleI couldn’t have been happier with my decision to work with Martin Clements on the sale of my beloved home. I’ve been unlucky with timing and withdrawn offers over the last 4 years. I used multiple agents and it just didn’t work. Then I recall my previous conversations with Martin a long time ago and decided to get in touch. I’ve always preferred working with local agents so I appointed Clements Habba. Martin knows the market like the back of his hand and is honest (but with ambition) with his assessment on pricing and timing. I needed a quick sale and he delivered within the time frame and the agreed price range. He has also really gone above and beyond throughout the process, which I couldn’t have done without given I live abroad.

From the start he was exceptional friendly, efficient and clear in his communication - much appreciated given we were returning to the UK from Canada and had to work through the entire process virtually. Martin's attention to detail and professionalism shone through from the start, particularly important for us given the natural stresses of moving countries and the logistics/complications surrounding that. It was also clear he respected (and was respected by) his own client on the other side of the transaction which is testament to his character and gave us a lot of confidence as well.

They helped us sell our house in Brackenbury for the price we neded, and they found us our dream house (not even yet hit the market) which is a complete gem of a house - there are only 2 like it on the street. There were a LOT of stumbling blocks and Martin helped us throughout. I like them both so much that we are still in touch! Best thing about them is they are honest and straightforward. Dream team.

GoogleWhere to start, these are two amazing guys who couldn’t put more effort into their job than they do. I was an executor for a relative who passed away in London and I live in Devon so not the easiest job to sell a house and deal with all that being an executor entails. Martin and Simon took so much of the work off my shoulders and made sure that I was kept up to date with offers and visits by prospective buyers when I couldn’t be there. They achieved a brilliant price for us in a very short time and pointed out who were the would be buyers in the best place to complete a sale with the least hassle. We are about to complete next month after exchanging contracts last week so looking forward to everything going through without any problems. So, two great guys, very personable, smart and on the ball, couldn’t fault them, we made a great choice and are very grateful for their hard work.

GoogleI don’t usually post reviews on Google, but I want to share my fantastic experience of Clements Habba. They managed the sale of my flat.In West London which proved to have several complications with aspects of the lease and shared areas. After getting a good sale price, Simon Habba was amazing during the process, dealing with all parties and multiple lawyers. His constructive and warm approach not only helped complete a sale that I thought looked doomed at one point, he also massively relieved my stress levels during a very intense period towards completion. Fantastic job done by Clements Habba and I highly recommend them to others.
