Rang up for a quote and Dawn took me through everything I was looking for as well as a couple other options to compare. She was very helpful, cheerful and just made everything super easy. Whole process has been quick and easy and am very pleased I chose Cinch Sidcup. No drama, great sized space and very easy access. Can’t fault anything.

GoogleGreat service from Rob and Drew. Rob was extremely helpful over the phone when I booked last minute, the day before I needed the storage space. When I arrived on the day. they gave me time to move everything and the process was quick as most of the things were done via email so little to worry about on the day as I had a lot to move in.

GoogleI have been a customer at cinch earlsfield for around 2 years and I must say the staff are amazing, particularly Rob and Drew! Everytime I would need advise one of the two would be always happy to help and also if they see myself or other customers struggling to move items or just needing a extra pair of hands they always step out to help. Overall just great staff.

He listened to my needs, found the perfect 7X5 unit at a great rate, and made the paperwork a breeze. I really liked his personal and friendly approach and he recommended what I needed answered all my queries. I got the access same day. Great mix of different sized units, small right up to 1100 sq ft. Power and lighting in many of the units and all very clean. Best thing though is the fantastic team, Lauren, Jack and Maria go above and beyond to accommodate and make you feel welcome! Best self-storage facility in the UK!! 🔥

The team at Cinch at Hubert Road Brentwood are so friendly and helpful , it’s a pleasure to deal with them. Graham and the team made sure we were well looked after and nothing was too much trouble . A very friendly and professional experience. The storage areas are completely secure and extremely clean . The kitchen is a very useful area when you are having to spend a long time in the unit and it all feels nice and safe .

I have now been with Cinch Self Storage Watford for close to 5 months. Absolutely fantastic facility and great customer service. My storage unit access times are not the usual 9-5 and because they allow outside of working hours for businesses has been a huge game changer for me. It is so secure you feel safe when using the facility in the night . The whole Cinch team has been absolutely fantastic! Big shout out to Yousef, Harriet and Arron. You have mastered Signing up new customers and retaining them whilst keeping them very happy.

I was amongst the first to take two units at Cinch Self-Storage Shoreham when it was still under construction - Lauren and Jack have been absolutely fabulous with their friendly, efficient professionalism. It is a superb facility. Well built and very secure. Loading-in couldn’t be easier with plenty of easy to handle large and small trolleys. Well lit with toilet facilities. It took a while to find them after doing a thorough check of all the other storage facilities in the area. They came out the best, ticking all the boxes and I was not disappointed.

Rats ate and defecated all over our belongings.We paid over £4500 for our items to be stored safely so we had them for our new home. A couple of weeks before our move we went to the storage unit to check over what was there. While going through the boxes we notice a horrible smell, then realized that the granules on top of our boxes were rodent droppings.When we discovered the issue we spent most of our Sunday day moving items to a new unit and going through checking for damage. We did have plans for the rest of the day, but had to cancel them so we could move our belongings. We did ask for a dustpan and brush so we could clear the rodent droppings off the tops of boxes (so we didn't have to touch it) but this never materialised. There was no assistance offered at this stage from Cinch besides the new, smaller, unit. We lost our fridge, our sofa, our armchair and a mattress. There were knaw marks on a 1940s dressing table my mother gave me. The rats had climbed inside our boxes and nested in my tea cups. We were then told to file a claim with insurance and it seems Cinch at that point considered the matter closed. When we requested assistance in chasing the insurance company, this wasn't given. They eventually got back to us due to my follow up with them. Something that took up a large amount of my time, while trying to organise our move and work full time. Frankly, it used time I did not have. We eventually received funds from the insurance company over six weeks after we originally noticed the damage. We have been without a fridge or sofa in our new home for approaching 3 weeks. Due to Cinch's negligence, we had nowhere cool to store our food when the temperature has been approaching 30°C. Cinch's response to this has been appalling. We weren't offered help going through or sorting out belongings. We weren't given any help in chasing the insurance company. The only thing Cinch has done is cover the delivery costs for the new items, but I had to call 4 times and email multiple times to get this response. I understand things happen, storing items in storage units will never be without risk. But Cinch's handling of this situation has been terrible, that is the reason for the single star. If Cinch had been proactive in helping us, chasing the insurance company, covering delivery, and showing they wanted to make right this situation, it would have been far less stressful and upsetting.

I came to Cinch Storage Chippenham during a personal house buying crisis where I needed the option of storage at short notice. Although I didn't end up requiring the storage in the end, I was very impressed with the service at the Chippenham branch when I went in to enquire. Andrew was very thorough showing us around, explaining the process, and sorting out the right size of unit for my needs. I was able to reserve a unit with a small refundable deposit which was promptly returned to me when I knew the storage was no longer needed.
