Avoid at all cost Chestertons Estate Agents in Hampstead, London. Duped into signing a very expensive tenancy and inventory and was led to believe adjustments would be made by the landlord. Had to proceed with litigation for breach of tenancy to leave, never heard from the landlord or met their managing agent.

GoogleWe advertised with a local agent with very few viewings for 12 weeks with no luck so decided to switch to Chestertons (handled by Guy). We found a buyer within 2 days and was very quick and easy. Communication between parties was very good before and after the sale, would highly recommend.
