GoogleEven though it took 8 months to complete the deal, Pierce was very professional and helped out along the way. He kept me updated on the issues that were delaying the completion and worked diligently to get the deal over the line.

GoogleExcellent service provided by the letting team especially Eliza and headed by Lenka. I have been working with Chestertons for a couple of years and find them extremely professional. They have always managed to find the right tenants relatively quickly.

GoogleShannon assisted, or rather saved, me in my first search for a flat in London. She is super reactive and efficient. For example, she organized a viewing only two hours after I contacted her. She is very friendly and patient while being highly professional, responding to my queries past 11pm. I would recommend her without any doubts to someone looking for a flat, just like she was recommended to me by a friend satisfied by her services.

GoogleMarika from Chestertons was helping us find our new flat. We were very happy with the service and the level of professionalism. Marika immediately identified what we were after, and managed to narrow down our search to properties that were of interest for us, without wasting our time. She went out of her way, to accommodate our busy schedule, and showed us flats even outside her business hours. She is also very responsive and helpful in general. Therefore we would recommend the agency and Marika as your agent!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe live in Dubai and needed the help of an agent to help us find a vacation rental. Luckily we were referred to Kurt Steimetz who was extremely helpful. I thought it would be painful working with an agent remotely but he was always available by email and whatsapp and was so accommodating when i asked for a virtual tour of the home. I look forward to working with him again and would definitely recommend his services if you're looking for a home in St John's Wood.

GoogleI viewed dozens of properties with other estate agents, and I found the estage agent from B&B in charge of my search (she was called Nina) the best I've ever come across. I found her style and approach very professional. I liked that she let me view the property on my own to start with, leaving me to absorb the space without being pestered which often happens with other agents. She never put pressure on me while still showing enthusiasm. The balance was just right. She was also genuinely friendly. What a refreshing change from other agents during what is often a stressful time for property searchers.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe had the pleasure of working with Andrew Zographos at the St. John’s Wood location. In our experience since moving to London from the US we haven’t come across a more professional, honest, and transparent agent like Andrew. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. I must also mention that we never once felt “pushed” or “pressured” in any way on any of the properties he showed us (refreshingly opposite of other agencies). He just gave us the facts and guided us appropriately and professionally and then let us decide calmly. Charlotte who was also involved in the transactions and conveyed the same level of sincerity and professionalism. I will ONLY use and recommend with this agency from this day forward.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleMarika at the St John's Wood location just found us an amazing apartment and she has been nothing short of amazing! She has made my wife and I feel like we were not a burden and spent the time explaining everything to us and even asking all of our questions even after hours. We had used a lot of estate agents and I had previously liked a young gentleman at another agency. But Marika just went above and beyond to make us feel Like we were in good hands. Are apartment is truly amazing and Chestertons was to thank for this. Definitely recommend them to other people.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleIt has been an absolute pleasure working with the Chestertons team - particular shout-out to Leo and Eliza. Five stars doesn't really do them justice - they should have 10 at the very least! They found my current tenant (who is a truly lovely and responsible person) within the space of a few weeks and at full asking price - what an achievement! All of this incredible work aside, they continue to be polite, friendly yet professional and provide ongoing support. These guys really do go the extra mile. I can't thank them enough for their support and patience with me, having been left quite scarred from working with previous estate agents, dealing with difficult tenants, etc. I can not recommend them more highly.
