I have had the best experience working with Melissa D’Angelo at Chesterton. We have worked with her several times, and on every occasion she has been extremely prompt, responsive, and reliable. Melissa is always quick to answer questions, and when an issue came up during our most recent experience, there was nothing I felt I could not ask. She immediately mobilised everyone who needed to be involved and took full ownership of getting things resolved. There were no excuses, just clear action and follow through. What I appreciate most is that when we had some concerns. She takes the time to understand exactly what happened and deals with it promptly and professionally. She is also an absolute delight to work with throughout the process. Thanks to her support, our client was very happy, and we are repeat clients as a result. I would always go to Melissa specifically whenever possible and highly recommend working with her.

Jan Kolasa of their St John’s Wood Office and Ciprian from Clifton Road have been truly exceptional … nothing has been too much trouble ; they have been diligent , most polite and thoroughly efficient at all times. Lenka runs a great lettings team. Her team have looked after me well for eight years finding suitable tenants and managing the property taking on all the responsibilities. We worked with Lev Lassman on the recent purchase of a property. Lev was friendly and helpful, ensuring we could view the property as needed, helping us to agree the offer, and working with us through the contracts process to ensure a smooth and quick sale. He proactively reached out to make sure we had the information we needed and that we were comfortable with next steps in the process. If I could give a 0 I would. The staff I dealt with was incredibly rude and repeatedly asked if I had money, and was very condescending when he asked about my price range for renting. Since the owner has taken the time to defend their incredibly rude staff, I’d like to add that I complete understand asking for someone price range, but there is absolutely no need to say “do you even have money?” to a potential client. Yet again, showing these estate agents are only out to get commission and do not care about people.

Gabrielle was BY FAR the best agent I've ever had the pleasure of working with and I could not stress that enough. Saying she was helpful would be an understatement. Not only did she find me an amazing property and helped me reach the best deal for it, but she was also kind enough to provide me with inside tips and extensive resources to help me get out of an awful property where I was being mistreated daily in her own time (which is, of course, far out of her job description). She made herself available at all times, answered every question on the spot, was very honest about the downsides of the properties she was presenting and she managed to secure a deal for my flat so good that I genuinely did not think was possible. I could not recommend working with her enough, after going through a horrific experience with another agency she definitely restored my faith in agents hahah, do yourself a favour and ask for her if you're looking for a flat in the area. We first met Martins before the Christmas holidays - he showed us a flat that was almost perfect but we didn’t end up taking it. When we came back from the break, Martins followed up with us and said he had selected a few flats to show us. We really appreciated his pro-activity and the fact he persevered given our long list of requirements and inability to compromise :) Martins really understood what we were looking for and nudged us towards a flat we weren’t necessarily excited about at first, seeing it on the brochure.
