GoogleLenka runs a great lettings team. Her team have looked after me well for eight years finding suitable tenants and managing the property taking on all the responsibilities. When I came to sell the property, David found a buyer and helped make the process smooth. It all worked out well. If all estate agents were like Chestertons, St John's Wood, we would all be in a better place.

GoogleWe worked with Lev Lassman on the recent purchase of a property. Lev was friendly and helpful, ensuring we could view the property as needed, helping us to agree the offer, and working with us through the contracts process to ensure a smooth and quick sale. He proactively reached out to make sure we had the information we needed and that we were comfortable with next steps in the process. Lev also worked with the seller to make sure we had the materials we needed to move through contracts and into taking possession of the home. It was a surprisingly easy experience, in good part down to Lev's thoughtfulness and thoroughness. Thank you!

She understood our requirements, was able to offer advice, and provide additional information as necessary. Within a week we found several great candidates, and Gabrielle helped us negotiate with the managers. After we moved in, she is still checking in with us, and helping us.
