GoogleI was looking at my next place in the beginning of December. Mariam Bey, the letting negotiator in Chase Evans, was one of the rent manager I talked with. She is very professional and friendly, and always provides me the key information timely. Finally I find a studio in Pan Peninsula. It is really enjoyable working with Mariam.

It starts well and good but in the end, you see the true face of the agency with made-up deductions in the deposit and excuses not to pay.I was able to fight back pretty much all of it but be prepared to waste your time.
