I also do feel like Mikkel cares about issues I’ve had and wants the best outcome for me as the tenant, which I really appreciate.

My wife took time out of her day to view a flat advertised by Chase Evans, only to find that the flat was not the same as the one advertised (different photographs and different price). When confronted, the agent, Shahid Miah, just made excuses about it not being his responsibility to check advertisements. And when my wife stated that she was not interested the flat view, Shahid left immediately, without apology.

GoogleShould you ever wish to have all your deposit being taken away, compensate the landlord a brand new property and have your consumer rights being abused----Chase Evans would be the best option for you. They will for sure deliver the WORST service you would have ever imagined. Don't ever dream to make a complain to its head office, because they are the professionals who have the expertise in guaranteeing you loose everything !!!!!!!!!!!!!
