Redundant deposit deductions and excessive cleaning fees included in the exit inventory report.Good rating for repairs and maintenance.I've been in contact with Xin Guo (VIP/Multi Property Management) twice for help needed on repairs or queries about the rented flat - decent comms.Overall, I will think twice on renting with Chase Evans again.

The worst cowboy agents in London, staff turnover is ridiculously high so I assume they are just as unhappy as the tenants they deal with. Never respond when you have an issue however want instant correspondence when they demand something, borderline harassment. Minneaux and Sam ought to be banned from working in the industry altogether- zero professionalism, continously pass you on to other people to avoid responsibility. AVOID!
