Andew was a delight to work with and very much an advocate for us. What other agencies (bigger names) said they could not do, Andrew was able to do. We are about to move into our first choice property. Thanks for your help and counsel!

I've used five different estate agents in London and Charmill are by far the best. Andrew was very responsive and always went the extra to make sure we were happy. Would recommend using Charmill when looking to rent a property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

It was a pleasure working with Andrew for renting a very nice studio in London. Even when our initial choice was withdrawn from the market, he made sure to find another suitable, if not better ,alternative. Couldn't be more pleased with …

Lee was fantastic to deal with when we recently purchased an investment property in Little Venice. We have already said we will be instructing him on the sale of a development property of ours round the corner. Highly recommended!

I used Charmill Estates to sell a flat in Notting Hill. First class service start to finish. Lee in particular was our main point of contact and he could not do enough to help with all aspects of the sale. Extremely professional and I would not have any reservations about recommending him and the company to anyone looking to rent or sell their property.

12 months ago I purchased an investment property in Little Venice through Lee. I was so impressed, I promised him the chance to sell my next development in W9. Fast forward a year and we have just exchanged and completed on the sale of a development on Sutherland Avenue. Despite a few last minute hiccups, Lee managed to skillfully navigate the transaction and get it over the line. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CR!

My recent experience with Charmill was mind blowing! Never have I ever rented a flat so fast and with so much professionalism. I had a phone call with Andrew I gave my offer and he executed straight away. I made my offer on a Wednesday and I moved in on Saturday! Win win for me and the landlord. I wasn’t much surprised though of how good his service was as I had rented my first flat in London 16 years ago and had a great memory of his professionalism back then. I also need to note that he was very discreet while he did viewings in one of my flats I used to live and he was showing it to future tenants. 10 years later I was lucky to find a flat through Charmill as I was looking for 4 months with no luck with other agents. Really thank you Charmill!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Charmill has been integral in the success of my international move. I had to rent site unseen while still abroad, and Charmill accommodated a viewing by my best friend, and provided additional measurements upon request as I put plans in place. Their professionalism and enthusiasm for what they do is unparalleled; I couldn’t have asked for a better team, or a better flat. One thing that truly sets them apart is their responsiveness, whenever I asked a question I had a full and informative response almost immediately which helped provide a level of comfort during a hectic time. Thank you Charmill for being the caring professionals you are!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We used Lee for the sale of our house and he couldn't have been more professional, polite and pleasurable to deal with. He was honest and realistic, and didn't over or under hype. He was also exceptionally hard working and diligent, actively finding and persuading people to view our house (which wasn't in his usual patch). I've not had great experiences with estate agents in the past- if only they could all be like Lee and Charmill. We couldn't have been happier with our whole experience.

I’ve just let a property for the first time through Charmill Residential. They were extremely helpful and guided me through the process. I had three offers within a day, and contracts were signed and the new tenant moved in within a week! Couldn’t be happier with Charmill’s service and I highly recommend them.

I’ve been working with Lee for many years and bought and sold a number of properties through him. Not only is he a pleasure to deal with he is professional, transparent, proactive, creative and knows his market inside out. He always seems to go beyond the call of duty and seems to be available 24/7. I have done and will continue to recommend him to family and friends. B
