GoogleVery frustrating experience. I called them around 10 times. Left my phone number and they promised they would call me back. At the end, I did not manage to speak any one and missed a good opportunity.

GoogleI'm calling Chancellors for two days by now, after the landlord signed off the deposit release, and everyone is telling me it's not their job. Neither they answer my emails.

GoogleMatthew Olive at A & R was instrumental in enabling my flat purchase to proceed so swiftly. The seller emigrated to South Africa during the transaction, which caused some logistical difficulties in terms of documentation signatures. The transaction would have been delayed had it not been for the proactive help Matt provided. An excellent service.

GoogleEstate agents can sometimes be a little bit on the "too much" side, so we were very pleased when we met Athena. She was very flexible with our schedules, and was very clear and helpful throughout the whole of the checking-in process. Definitely reccomend her and Chancellors!
