GoogleGood estate agents who are responsive, knowledgable and helpful. There were a few issues on the day of our move but Annie May worked really hard to get them resolved so we could still move in as planned.

GoogleThe people here are not nice, efficient, professional, or good at their jobs. We have had to call them every day because they don't return calls or emails. With two days until our move, we were still hammering out paperwork and fixing their many mistakes. If you were to ask a screenwriter to draw up the worst real estate agents possible, then he or she still wouldn't be able to come up with workers who are this bad.

GoogleThis will be the first time I've given a review for a business/person I didn't end up using/instructing but I can't let the amazing work of Annie May go unnoticed. Annie proactively got in contact with me to enquire whether I was interested in letting my property which at the time I hadn't but Annie's experience, knowledge and consultative approach helped me prepare for rental. She introduced me to tradespeople and was huge support but as my circumstances changed I didn't end up renting for which I still feel a little guilty. Despite this, Annie continued to stay in contact to check how I/the property is going. I've never been contacted more by a business which ordinarily would be annoying but Annie gauges everything perfectly that it's a huge help and I'm thankful for her persistence. If/when my circumstances change again then I'll be in contact straight away. You're a massive credit to your employer.

GoogleFinding a home in London and going through the many formalities is often a pain as a stranger to Britain. The general process was pretty inflexible and annoying, lots of it out of the letting agencies direct control. Anscombes did what they could on their part to facilitate the process for me. Especially Alice Maynard, my main point of contact at Anscombes, was always available to help out. She was helpful, polite, charming, and replied to my many questions with endless patience even at quite impossible hours. Questions that I did not really know whom to ask, and that were going beyond what Ancombes would have to do for me in their official role were still answered by her, helping me a lot. She guided me through the many steps and parties involved in getting references checked, deposits settled, the property checked, helped out extremely swiftly when our heating was failing and we were sitting in the cold. Also I was very happy to find Anscombes also open their office on Saturday, making it possible for me to take care of things i cannot get sorted during the week.

Bella scheduled a viewing and showed me around, she was lovely and attentive throughout the viewing and she answered all my questions. I made and offer and she made sure to keep me informed and to update me as often as possible, would recommend!

GoogleI received numerous calls and emails after listing a property with another estate agent in a nearby area. Despite complaining and asking to remove my details in writing, the calls keep coming. Concerning predatory behaviour.

GoogleThese guys are the best - special thanks to Adam and Paul. They absolutely understand the local market and skilfully matched my property with the right buyer. That's what I have learned, it's not just about selling, it's knowing who is looking and who exactly your property is right for. Everything has been smooth and easy and they stayed closely in touch with both sets of solicitors throughout. I recommend them highly.
