GoogleMy girlfriend and myself bought a flat which ended up being a long and complicated sale (8 months). However, both John and Mark from Century 21 helped us through the entire process, whether it was liaising with the seller, visiting the flat or getting in touch with the seller's solicitor for documents. Time and time again, they demonstrated patience and professionalism on all levels. It was such a pleasure to work with them.

GoogleThis firm erects fictitious "sold" and "let" signs outside properties in the area where I live -- presumably as a form of free advertising. I had one of their fictitious signs posted outside my home last year (which I removed) and a neighbour has had another posted this week. When I checked their website they were also advertising fictitious properties. For example, two supposedly different properties were shown on their website with identical gardens and kitchens. Both kitchens even had exactly the same kettle in exactly the same place.
