Top estate agent. I initially tried selling my place with an online company. They were completely ineffective. Mark and team in contrast lined up a tonne of viewings within days of the ad going live. I had an offer the next day. Mark kept on top of the process all the way through, oiling the wheels throughout to keep everything on track. A safe and reliable pair of hands. Definitely recommend.

I had a very good experience both selling and buying through fine and country. Although the purchase was complicated Mark was always patient and never pushy. I think with a lesser agent I would have given up on the purchase. The office always communicated well with me and we helpful at all times. In terms of selling they quickly found a great buyer for our house, chain free and at great speed. The have good contacts with the international market as well as the locals. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a terrible experience with this Agency. There were frequent instances where they were untrustworthy and dishonest and I would urge you to engage with them as Agent of last resort. They turned a blind eye to landlord seeking to enter property without giving notice and wouldn’t provide any inventory until nine months after we moved in.

I have just completed a property purchase as well as a simultaneous letting of my former home with Rob Mulholland at Century 21. The handling of the purchase was second to none both in terms of the initial negotiations and timely follow up throughout the process, especially when it came to chasing and coordinating with the various parties to ensure exchange took place as planned. Tenants were identified for the existing property after only a handful of viewings and the move in date of the tenants was carefully coordinated with the completion of the purchase. Overall highly recommended.

For someone like me, who just relocated from New York City to London, the prospect of renting a flat in London for the first time seemed daunting. However, working with Mark, Robert and Reece made things much easier than what I was preparing myself for. Before meeting them, I spent a few days viewing potential flats upon my arrival in London, but unfortunately the process of securing a new place to call home as a new expat proved complicated, full of black holes in information. The folks at Century21 Islington explained the details of what the process was like, advised me on solutions, and were extremely clear and cordial throughout the process of renting a beautiful one bedroom flat in the area. I met with Eli and Rob who came to give a Rental Evaluation, they were both pleasant guys made you feel very comfortable and relaxed, c Rob was very upfront and honest which I liked. Mark and the rest of the Century 21 team were exceptional throughout my property search in Islington, once my offer was accepted on the property they consistently kept me informed (even after their office hours) of the progress of the sale from the solicitors raising enquiries to updating me of the owners progress of their purchase in Knightsbridge. The whole process gave me huge clarity on the position on everyone in the chain.
